Nigeria Delta Queens Players hail Tonobok Okowa on prompt payment of salaries

Promise to deliver better Result as NWFL Gets to end of first round
 
Players and Management of Delta Queens FC, have passed a vote of confidence on the leadership style of Chief Tonobok Okowa as they hailed his improved welfare packaged for the team.
 
in a post match interview with the team’s media Officer Oris Lilian, The skipper of the side Ihuoma Onuegbu, who spoke on behalf of other players say they have not had it this good in a long while.
 
Ihuoma who applauded Chief Tonobok Okowa on prompt payment of salaries to the team, said the show of kindness has further spured the players to give their best because to whom much is given, so much more is expected.
 
On behalf of other players i want to strongly pass out a vote of confidence on chief Tonobok Okowa who has been so much of a father to the team.”
 
“We are very happy as we now promptly get salaries, bonuses and allowances and we very much will do our best to make it reflect in our performance”.
 
The coach of the side, Coach Victor Ochei who spoke in same vain acknowledged Chief Tonobok Okowa’s impact on the team adding that with the prompt payment of salaries, the sports commissioner is strongly complementing the state Governor’s disposition on sports matters amongst its pairs.

 It would be recalled that the Chief Tonobok Okowa led sports commission recently paid off all allowances owned the female side and have continued to pay salaries as at when due even as it gifted the team a brand new 29 seater hais bus.
 
Delta Queens yet to loose both home and away since match day five are now second on the NWFL table and will take on Royal Queens FC in Warri on an away encounter in match day 13.
