Nigeria Premier League Amunike, Others Shortlisted For Kano Pillars Vacant Managerial Position

Nigeria Professional Football League(NPFL) side Kano Pillars have revealed the six shortlisted manager for the vacant coaching position.
Kano Pillars fired their French tactician Lionel Soccoia and declared the position vacant.
The Sai Mai Su Gida side in a statement revealed that former Super Eagles player and Tanzania coach Emmanue Amunike is among the shortlisted candidates.

The statement also read as follow;
Six managers have been shortlisted for the vacant coaching position at the club from over 25 that applied for the job.
“The shortlisted managers to be interviewed are Salisu Yusuf, Busari Hakeem Ishola, Erol Akay, Henry Makinwa, Emmanuel Amunike and Usman Abdallah.
“The shortlisted coaches are expected to arrive Kano on Tuesday 31st August 2021. 
“They are also expected to appear before the technical committee of the club for an interview on Wednesday 1st September 2021 at 10:00am.
“Kano Pillars FC have made all the necessary arrangements for their accommodation.
“Results of the interview would be released immediately by the management of the club.”
Kano Pillars wants to ensure they get a new manager before the 2021/2022 NP season gets underway.
