CAF Champions League Ogunmodede Optimistic Of Remo Stars Win1 Against Medeama SC

Daniel Ogunmodede, the head coach of Remo Stars, has expressed his belief that his team will triumph over Medema SC in the second leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary round match.

Last week’s first leg saw the Sky Blue Star fall just short to the champions of the Ghana Premier League.

The Nigerian club displayed some of their talent in that match, despite the loss.

“We are working towards qualifying for the next round of the competition,” said Ogunmodede.

“We’ll do everything humanly possible to be in the next round of the CAF Champions League.”

The Champions League match will be played on Sunday at the Remo Stars stadium in Ikenne, and Remo Stars must score two unanswered goals to guarantee qualification.
