Super Eagles head Coach Jose Peseiro said he has players that can fill the void left by the absence of Kelechi Iheanacho and Victor Osimhen.
Both players have been excused for the Super Eagles friendly against the Mambas of Mozambique in Portugal on Monday.
Osimhen sustained an injury in the game against Saudi Arabia and has returned to Italy for medical attention.
While Iheanacho was excused from the squad to attend to personal issues.
Peseiro while responding to both players exclusion ahead of Monday game at the Estadio Municipal De Albufeira said both players would be missed.
“We will miss Kelechi and Victor, but we have other good players who can make Nigeria proud.
“I look at the bench and see players who can step up and take their chances,” Peseiro told thenff.com.
The match on Monday will be Nigeria and Mozambique’s fifth senior-level encounter.
