CAF Osimhen Makes Final Shortlist For 2023 CAF Awards Men’s Category

The men’s shortlists for the 2023 CAF Awards have been revealed by CAF with Victor Osimhen making the final 10-mqn list.

Ten players, including Senegal’s Sadio Mane, the winner of Player of the Year the previous year, are still in the running.

Goalkeeper of the Year, Young Player of the Year, Coach of the Year, National Team of the Year, and Club of the Year each have five nominees, while Interclub Player of the Year has ten.

A voting panel including members of the CAF Technical Committee, media experts, head coaches and captains of member associations, and clubs participating in the Interclub tournaments’ group stages will choose the eventual winner of each category.

The Awards Gala will be held in the Palais des Congrès on Monday, December 11, 2023.
