Manchester United Ten Hag Positive Of Shaw Return Ahead Of Luton Clash

The manager, Erik ten Hag, is optimistic that Luke Shaw will be able to travel to Luton Town on Sunday, although the player is questionable due to an injury sustained during Manchester United’s 2-1 victory over Aston Villa last Saturday.

With a hamstring injury that sidelined him for months in August, the England defender was replaced as a precaution before halftime.

This season, United has used the 28-year-old in 11 league games.

Sixth position Although United has narrowed the distance on the top four with three straight league victories, Ten Hag cautioned his team not to get complacent against 17th-place Luton.

“We have to play our best because we’ve seen their performances across the season are really good and they are improving.

The British businessman Jim Ratcliffe, whose purchase of a 25% share in United was approved by the FA on Wednesday, has the same goals as the players, according to the Dutch coach.

You see and you feel that ambition, brings a mood and a spirit,” said Ten Hag.
