FIFA has revealed its most recent world rankings, and Nigeria’s Super Eagles have moved 14 place

The current world ranking has West Africans at number 28.

Africa’s third-best squad right now is the Super Eagles.

The squad’s outstanding showing in the recently finished 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’Ivoire was the cause of the incredible rise.

Following a 2-1 loss to the hosts Cote d’Ivoire in the championship match, Jose Peseiro’s team placed second overall in the campaign.

The Teranga Lions are ranked second in Africa, whereas the Atlas Lions of Morocco are ranked first.

The final two teams in the top five in the continent are Egypt and Cote d’Ivoire.

On April 4, the FIFA/Coca-Cola Men’s World Ranking will release its upcoming edition.
