After his contract expires, Peseiro is also awaiting a fresh offer from the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

The coach led the Super Eagles to a 2023 Africa Cup of Nation second-place result.
Walid Sadi, the recently appointed president of the Algeria Football Federation, is expected to make a decision this week over the hiring of a new coach for the Desert Foxes, according to the French daily L’ Equipe.

In addition to Peseiro, the former manager of Switzerland, Vladimir Petkovic has also been extended an offer by FAF.
