South African DSTV Premiership team Chippa United welcomed back their goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali after his heroic Performance at the AFCON 2023
Following his valiant performance at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, Nwabali returned to Chippa United
Upon arriving at Port Elizabeth Airport, the 27-year-old was greeted by hundreds of Chippa United supporters.

Along with taking selfies with the fans, the shot stopper sang along to the club’s music.
“He’s Back @NwabaliBobo,” Chippa United wrote on their X handle.
Nigeria’s Nwabali made an impression at the AFCON 2023 finals.
After the match, the former Enyimba goalie was given financial presents, awarded a national title, and elevated to the rank of chief in his hometown.
His services have apparently piqued the curiosity of Kaizer Chiefs and Union St. Gilloise, who have been connected to a move away from Chippa United.
