South Africa international Bongani Zungu has reportedly agreed terms with Rangers FC as Steven Gerrard’s team held discussions with his club Amiens (French Ligue 2) over a move.
Bongani Zungu (27) will leave Amiens. According to L’Équipe , Amiens officials have reached an agreement with Glasgow Rangers, coached by Steven Gerrard.
The 27-year-old joined Amiens in 2017 from Vitoria Guimaraes (Liga Nos) for €2M. However his market value grew up as he is expected to join Rangers for €4M. A four-year contract awaits him in Scotland.
In addition, Bongani Zungu made 24 appearances with Amiens last season across all competitions.
