All sports Sochi Olympics 2014 medals table after three days of competition, none for Africa!

1380812534-6Open since 7 February, the Winter Olympics are taking place in Sochi in Russia. After three days of competition, the participating countries have had mixed fortunes. And it is the Netherlands that stand at the helm of nations that have already claimed the most medals with a total of 7 medals including 3 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze. They are followed by Norway with 7 medals, including also 2 gold, 1 silver and 4 bronze. The United States and Canada ranked third with 5 medals each. No African country has yet clinched one.

Here is the Medal Table of Olympics in Sochi after 17 events Monday. The first digit represents the gold medals, the second silver medals, the third bronze medals and the last constitutes the total number of medals earned by each country:
