The twelve teams competing for the women Afrobasket trophy, Maputo 2013, played their second group match on Saturday.
Senegal, Angola and Cameroon are unbeaten after two games, while Egypt was visibly struggling to keep the comparison. After conceding 100 points against Senegal on the first day, the Egyptian defense again took revenge against Mozambique, 53-105.
Angola, the defending champion, dominated Cape Verde, 51-76. Nigeria to recover with its 74-49 win over Kenya.
