Ramy Bensebaini admitted that joining Bundesliga side Borussia Mönchengladbach has been one of the most important choices of his football career.

After three seasons at Stade Rennais, Bensebaini decided to try a new challenge. He then joined Borussia Mönchengladbach in the Bundesliga last summer. At the end of its first year, the club qualifies for the Champions League. In an interview with Fohlen-Hautnah , the 25-year-old left-back let it be known that he has really taken a step forward coming to Germany.

“  When I signed for Borussia M’Gladbach, I did so with the feeling that it would be a very important step in my career. I wanted to play a good season. In the end, we qualified for the Champions League. Everything went well for me and I don’t regret the move to Borussia at all, it was the right decision. I hope it will continue like this, ”he said.

Ramy Bensebaini scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists in 19 Bundesliga games in the just-ended season.
