Sadio Mané best player of the season in the Premier League, it’s still possible! The PFA (Professional Footballers’ Association) disclosed its “shortlist” this Friday. Six players are in the race for the title of player of the season 2019-20.
England champion, Liverpool is the most represented club with four players. Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, Jordan Henderson and Sadio Mané are nominees. Its runner-up, Manchester City completes the list of nominees with Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling.
Having spent an excellent 2019/2020 season with 35 games, 18 goals and 7 assists, Fans voted Sadio Mané best player of the season. The Senegalese international could win the second one after the first individual reward.
