Ghana Black Stars squad for October friendlies revealed with 6 new players

Ghana’s Black Stars coach Charles Kwablan Akonnor has named his 23-man squad for October friendly games against Mali (the second opponent to be defined) with six players handed their first call-up.

Mali is the only opponent for the moment of Black Stars after Equatorial Guinea’s withdrawal due to Covid-19 restrictions in the country.

Alexander Djiku of Strasbourg in France, Benson Anang of Zilina FC in Slovakia, Emmanuel Lomotey of Amiens (France), Eugene Ansah of Apoel Shmona (Israel), Kamal Deen of Nordsjaelland (Danemark) and Yakubu Mohammed of Futuro Kings (Equatorial Guinea).
