Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi has been currently undergoing renovation works. And for the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League (GPL) to start, Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will resort to use the Accra Sports Stadium as their home grounds.

However, a statement by th National Sports Authority [NSA] indicates that teams that will use the facility as their home grounds ahead of the new season will pay a whopping Ghc20,000, about $3,440.

A category C home team will pay Ghc15,000 per game.

Legon Cities, Inter Allies, Great Olympics will all use the Accra Sports Stadium as their home grounds.
