Legon Cities’ new signing Asamoah Gyan could not feature in the Royals’ opening match against Berekum Chelsea on Saturday, November 14.

Gyan who scored his first goal with Wa All Stars in training this week will miss the first Ghana Premier League match of the club he joined in the last transfer window.

“Asamoah Gyan is one experienced player and he’s still got some problems with injury.” Legon Cities coach goran Barjaktarevic said as reported by Citisportonline.

“We are working to get him fit because it is very important when he comes back, he comes back in good shape”.
