CAF Champions League CAF CONFEDERATION CUP : ADOKO HANDS NAPSA FC WIN OVER GOR MAHIA

Ghanaian midfielder Daniel Adoko’s goal handed Zambia’s Napsa Stars FC a 1-0 win over Gor Mahia FC in Kenya on Sunday afternoon.

The first-leg match of the CAF Confederation Cup pre-group stage took place at Nyayo International Sports Stadium in Nairobi.

Adoko scored the lone goal in the 86th minute to give Napsa an advantage going into the second leg match in Lusaka.

The result was sweeter considering that Napsa missed the services of seasoned striker Emmanuel Mayuka due to an injury.

Napsa will host Gor Mahia at Heroes Stadium in Lusaka in the second leg match on February 21 2021.

Napsa will be allowed to accommodate fans at the stadium.

CAF has allowed us to have 4500 FANS for our 2nd Leg match against Gor Mahia FC of Kenya. The match is scheduled for Heroes Stadium on February 21st 2021. Tickets going for K50 All around, K100 VIP and K200 VVIP,” Napsa tweeted.

In the other camp, Gor Mahia coach Carlos Manuel vaz Pinto should be hoping for a better showing in the reverse match.
