A new accolade for Pitso Mosimane. Al Ahly head coach has been given Sports Critics Awards’ Best Manager, as reported by KingFut.

Since his appointment in October last year, Pitso has been doing quite well with the Red Devils.

He went on winning all competitions he was engaged in excepted the Club World Cup where they finished third.

After receiving the award, Pitso Mosimane expressed his delight.

“I’m very grateful to have been awarded the Best Manager award, and I thank everyone who voted for me,” the South African manager said.

“I accept it on behalf of the players, the coaching staff, the board of directors and the fans.

“I feel here as if I’m at home in Egypt. I feel welcomed and warmth, and I have a great responsibility with a big team.

“We have a match on Wednesday, and after that I will talk about the derby,” former Mamelodi Sundowns coach concluded.
