CAF CAFCC: Enyimba To Play Pyramid FC in Quarterfinal

Enyimba has been drawn against Pyramids of Egypt in the quarter final of the Total CAF Confederation Cup.

The draw was held on Friday at CAF headquarters in Cairo Egypt by CAF Director of competitions Samson Adamu who was assisted by Cote d’Ivoire legend Abdoulaye Traore.


Enyimba qualified to the last eight courtesy of a late goal by Cyril Olisema in the last on Wednesday at the Aba international Stadium.

The People’s Elephant finished as top of Group A ahead of South African club Orlando Pirates.

Enyimba will play away in the first leg which will come up May 16 before hosting Tlthe Egyptian side May 23.

The semi final of this season CAF Confederation Cup will be played June 20 2021 in the first leg while the second leg will be played June 27.

July 10 has been scheduled as the date for the final.
