After two long days without live actions, the European Championship kicks up a gear this weekend. Danmark and Wales open the last 16.
The knockout action commences in Amsterdam where 2016 semi-finalists Wales will face Group B runners-up Denmark at the Johan Cruyff Arena. Game to kick off at 16:00 GMT
Denmark bucked the odds to finish second to Belgium in Group B. Wales also finished second to Italy in Group A despite losing their first two games.
Denmark will stick with a back three after turning their group stage campaign around since that tactical alteration. For Saturday’s match against Wales, only Christian Eriksen will be absent.
After receiving a straight red card against Italy on Sunday, Ethan Ampadu is suspended for Wales. But he is unlikely to play this game.
During the group stage, Wales had a consistent starting lineup. And the same will be held against Denmark on Saturday.
Possible lineups as below :
Wales : Ward; Roberts, Mepham, Rodon, Davies; James, Ramsey, Allen, Morrell, Bale; Moore
Denmark : Schmeichel; Christensen, Kjaer, Vestergaard; Wass, Hojbjerg, Delaney, Maehle; Braithwaite, Damsgaard; Poulsen
