Nigeria MFM FC Defeat Musa’s Pillars As Enyimba Draw With Wolves

Ahmed Musa’s Kano Pillars failed to close up the gap on Akwa United as they suffered a 2-1 loss at the Agege Stadium to MFM FC on Matchday 30 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
Musa was not part of the squad that traveled to Lagos as the Mai Su Gida side went in search of an away win.
However, it was the host who took the lead through Tosin Olubola in the 17th minute.
Namji Adeyinka doubled the lead for the Olukoya Boys second half.

Kano Pillars had the chance to reduce the deficit in the 80 minutes but captain, Rabiu Ali failed to covert from the spot.
Ali scored the consolation goal for Kano Pillars later in added time to bring rhr scoreline to 2-1.
In other NPFL Matchday 30, Rivers United drown visiting Plateau United 3-1 at the Adokiye Amasiemeka Stadium.
Godwin Aguda, Malachi Ohawuma and Shedrack Oghali all scored for Rivers United.
Struggling Warri Wolves held Enyimba to a 1-1 draw at the Enyimba International Stadium Aba.
David Chimezie scored broke the deadlock for the Seasiders in the 72nd minute  after both side failed to find the net before the break.
Enyimba levelled sox minutes later through Austin Oladapo.
