AFCON CAMEROON 2021 Sierra Leone coach says draw with Algeria a benchmark

Sierra Leone coach John Keister has described their brave goalless draw against Africa champions Sierra Leone as a benchmark to gauge their progress in international football.

Sierra Leone held the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) champions in the Group E match on Tuesday afternoon at Japoma Stadium in Cameroon.

In a post-match interview with CAF media, Keister said they fought hard for the one point.
