Alain Migliaccio who is the advisor of Zinedine Zidane for nearly 30 years now has rubbished the reports claiming the French manager is close to reaching an agreement to join PSG as their manager.

The Zidane-to-PSG news was the main one in the transfer window on Friday morning as many sources including Mundo Deportivo and Europe 1 confirmed both parties are on the verge of finalising the deal.

RMC even goes further revealing that former Real Madrid midfielder Claude Makelele could be Zidane’s assistant at Paris Saint-Germain.

However, Migliaccio said all the news are completely false as no PSG officials approached him nor Zidane to talk about the possibility of engaging him as their new head coach.

“All these rumors about an agreement with PSG are unfounded. Neither Zinedine nor I have been contacted directly by the PSG owner”, he told l’Equipe.

“I’m the only one allowed to speak for Zidane and represent him, as of today.”

With this new revelation we have to wait again to see where Zizou will bounce back after leaving Real Madrid.
