Former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane is on the verge of reaching an agreement with PSG to become their next manager as the club want to part ways with Mauricio Pochettino.

Since leaving Real Madrid last year, Zidane is jobless and has been several times linked with France nationsl team coaching job.

However, it never happened as it remained unclear whether Didier Deschamps will leave Les Bleus’ bench after the 2022 World Cup in Qatar or not.

ZZ has then been luring by Paris Saint-Germain officials months ago and the deal seems to be at it final stage.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Zinedine Zidane has flown to Qatar to meet Paris Saint-Germain’s officials.

The Spanish media reports that the deal is not yet done but both parties are are on the verge of finding an agreement.

PSG officials and Zidane will have to sort out some details as their were really close in the last few hours.

Well-informed French journalist Saber Desfarges said the end of the “Zidane to PSG saga” is close.

In addition, El Chiringuito revealed Zidane has been spotted in Ibiza these days chatting with PSG midfielder Marco Verratti.
