Cameroon striker Vincent Vincent Aboubakar could replace Cristiano Ronaldo at Manchester United in this winter transfer windows after the Portuguese star joined him at Al-Nassr.
Aboubakar signed for the Saudi Pro League side in August 2021 and has been so far instrumental for Rudi Garcia’s team.
The Indomitable Lion scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists in 33 appearances across all competitions.
He is the first choice striker upfront in the 4-5-1 scheme brought by the Frenchman.
But things could change for him with the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo if Rudi Garcia does not change his tactical structure into a 4-4-2.
Should he leave Al-Nassr in this transfer window, Vincent Aboubakar will: however not lack offers on the market.
According to the Daily Mail, the 30-year old is among Manchester United’s options for the winter transfer window alongside Barcelona star Memphis Depay.
Speaking on the fact Man United need to sign a new striker, Erik ten Hag explained that they are very expensive on the market.
Thus said, a possible arrival of Aboubakar at Old Trafford is not to be ruled out as a loan move is considered by United officials.
