The Uyo-based team overcame the former federation cup champions 2-0 during the preseason, but the coach insisted he is not depending on that performance.
“I didn’t put the past meeting into consideration because I knew they lost 2-0 to us during the preseason and I don’t think that should be a yardstick for me.
“They (Bayelsa United) are a very good side with healthy players, I respect the team, and we will do well“, he said.
