Former Arsenal forward Emmanuel Adebayor reveals he still hates the club as he recalled his time with the Gunners and the way he left the Emirates Stadium.
The Togolese talisman joined Arsenal back in 2006 and stay at the club until 2009.
However, Adebayor did not leave with Arsenal in his heart due to his tense relationship with former Gunners coach Arsene Wenger.
Emmanuel Adebayor who later joined Manchester City where he was loaned out at Real Madrid, said he prefers Jose Mourinho to Arsene Wenger who he labels as ‘fake’.

“Mourinho is the one of the managers I loved and will always love,” Adebayor told Turkish television programme Beyond The Game in 2018.
“He is one of the [most] honest managers I have met in my career, which is crazy because most of the managers are all kind of fake.
“As an example, I had a meeting with Arsene Wenger in his office when he told me I had to leave because he didn’t see my future anymore in Arsenal.
“So I didn’t have any other choice than joining Man City, who I was very happy to join.
“And the next day when I joined Manchester City I saw him doing a press conference in London saying that I wanted to leave because the money was big and everything and since that day that is where the hate for Arsenal came from.”
Emmanuel Adebayor scored 62 goals and provided 19 assists in 142 appearances with Arsenal who are on their way to win their 14th Premier League title.
