FIFA WOMEN'S WORLD CUP FIFA Withdraws U17 World Cup Hosting Right From Peru

The World Soccer ruling body announced the withdrawal of the U17 World Cup from Peru just days after the U20 World Cup was withdrawn from Indonesia.

FIFA revoked Indonesia’s hosting rights after the government denied Israel, one of the qualified countries, entry due to political differences between the two countries.

The tournament was supposed to be held in Peru in 2021, but it was pushed back to 2023 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
