Arsenal Arsenal New Jersey To Commemorate 20th Anniversary Of Invincible

To commemorate the 20th anniversary of their Invincibles campaign, Arsenal has unveiled their brand-new home jersey for 2023–24.

The uniform bears homage to the one used during that legendary title-winning campaign in 2003–04, when the North Londoners went 38 games in a row in the Premier League without losing under Arsene Wenger.

Its adidas design includes a lightning bolt pattern flowing vertically and a fresh, eye-catching red color offset with a white sleeve.

In addition to the team’s record of 26 victories and 12 draws in that illustrious season, the side also features the club crest, adidas logo, and three stripes down each sleeve in gold.

Invincibles midfielder Ray Parlour, 50, said: “Playing in that season 20 years ago, surrounded by so many wonderful players, is something I will never forget.

“And it is great to see we are celebrating our club history by bringing out this new home shirt — something I think all the supporters will truly love.”

On Saturday, when Arsenal plays Aston Villa in the season finale of the Women’s Super League, the new uniform will be worn for the first time.

The following day, when they play Wolves at home in their final Premier League game of the season, Mikel Arteta’s team will also make their debut.

Arteta will be planning his success both domestically and internationally for the upcoming season after qualifying for the Champions League for the first time in six years by coming in second place to reigning champion Manchester City.
