Mali Mali Shows Super Eagles How To Beat Saudi Arabia

In a Tuesday international friendly match played in Portimao, Portugal, Mali defeated Saudi Arabia 3-1.

Moussa Doumbia gave Mali the lead in the 14th minute, and Traore made it 2-0 in the 42nd.

Salem Al Dawsari scored on minute 58 to make it 2-1 and erase the deficit.

However, Mali restored its two-goal advantage on the 71st minute goal by Sinayoko.

The team of Roberto Mancini has now gone eight games without a victory, losing seven and drawing one.

They scored a late goal on Friday to force the Super Eagles of Nigeria to a 2-2 draw in Portugal.

It is Mali’s fourth straight victory, and they will compete at the AFCON in Côte d’Ivoire the following year.
