Africa Soccer AFL: Ramzi Delighted With Wydad Casablanca Win against Enyimba

Adel Ramzi, the coach of the Moroccan team Wydad Casablanca, expressed his satisfaction following the 1-0 away win his team had over Enyimba in the first leg of the African Football League quarterfinals.

The Moroccan coach’s squad, Wydad Casablanca, paid a premium by failing to score a goal away from their stadium.

Adel Ramzy acknowledged that his team’s job was not complete despite the victory because they are still awaiting the rematch, which will happen on Wednesday, October 25, at Morocco’s Mohammed V Stadium.

Following the conclusion of the Nigerian match between Enyimba and Wydad Casablanca, Adel Ramzi made the following remarks:

“I am very happy with this result achieved, especially after we scored a goal and did not concede any goals away from home, and despite this, the return match in Casablanca is still waiting for us.”

The Moroccan coach continued his words, saying: “Our mission is not over yet.

“There is still the return match at home, and there is greater work awaiting us.

“For this reason, we will not rest after the victory we achieved.

“We must be careful, because we have not decided anything, and the opponent’s chances still stand.”

Adel Ramzi urged his players to give the rematch against Nigeria’s Enyimba, which will take place in Morocco, their entire attention in order to solidify the victory they earned away from home.

Coach Wydad Casablanca’s final remarks on the game were as follows:

“We achieved a good result outside our stadium, and we must confirm it in Casablanca, and the players must maintain their focus.”
