The Super Falcons’ Monday Gift has stated that the group is prepared to win the championship again at the upcoming Women’s African Cup of Nations in Morocco.

The nine-time African champions placed fourth in the competition and fell to the South African Bayana Bayana for the championship last year.

After defeating the Cape Verdean Blue Sharks 7-1 overall on Tuesday, they were awarded a spot in the biannual competition.

The attacker for UDG Tenerife expressed his excitement regarding the team’s qualification and stated that they were prepared to take home the trophy once more.
