Tobi Amusan easily won the women’s 100-meter hurdle final at the African Games with a time of 12.89 seconds (-2.1), shrugging off a false start scare.

As the only athlete to have won it more than twice, the world record holder continues to extend her record after victories in Brazzaville in 2015, Rabat in 2019, and Accra in 2023.
