The Nigeria Premier Football League Matchday 32 began on Friday as Remo Stars kept their continental ticket hope alive with a 3-0 win against Niger Tornadoes in Ikenne.
Sikiru Alimi, the striker, was the game’s MVP when the Tornadoes were defeated 3-0 thanks to his two goals.
The tall forward scored the first goal in the 28th minute from the penalty spot and added a second three minutes later to extend the lead.

The visitors made several attempts to tie the score in the second half, but they were unable to do so as Ahmed Akinyele scored the third goal in the 74th minute to give the home team the victory.
The remaining games are scheduled for Sunday and Monday, with two matches taking place on Saturday.
