As usual, things still happen…
“It seems that every night, one of our guys will break a record. It’s cool to see what we have accomplished in this league. And most importantly, we got a win. All in all it was a good evening.”
Shawn Marion can actually keep smiling (for tonight at least) because Dallas has regained some of its recent magnificence by knocking the Sacramento Kings last night (123-100), and Vince Carter took the opportunity to climb a step in the history of the league. Performance to remember is obviously that of Carter (26 points on 6/9 three-point) which finally found its equilibrium in Texas this season.
“They were open shots. I took them to succeed and not to draw attention to myself. I’ve talked to Larry in the past. This is a legend of the game and this is simply one of the best players in the basketball history” said Carter Vince.
