Since the resumption of Premier League, Smith’s choices was on Davis who featured for the first two games of Aston Villa. Against Sheffield united for the first restart game, Keinan Davis played 69 minutes before his substitution by Mbwana Samatta. They shared spoils that week.

Same scenario against Blues of Chelsea. But the 27-year-old entered the pitch quicker he did during last game. For he substituted Davis at 57th.
