Actors in football will try to answer this question on 30 June. A day of reflection is organized for this purpose. An initiative from World Sport Management agency and the FTF (Togolese Football Federation).

On the agenda for the morning discussions, several themes including the problem of training of educators, the training phases, etc. Among others, participants will also look into the role of agents in supporting the career of a young player.

For several years, the number of training centres have been quickly increasing in Togo and in particular in Lomé, the capital town. The establishment conditions of these structures are always unclarified. And the career opportunities of the young players are mostly unknown.

The organisers of the Reflection Day expect to find ways of improving the training conditions in the country.
