Mauritania will play a friendly game against Sierra Leone in October and not DR Congo as previously announced.

The Sierra Leonean federation confirmed the news on Monday. The meeting will take place on October 9 in Nouackchott.

As for the Mourabitounes, the meeting will serve as a preparation for the star Leones for the qualifiers of the CAN 2021. Sierra Leone will face a double confrontation in November against Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Mauritania’s other opponent next month is Senegal on October 13 in Thiès .
