Orlando Pirates forward Thembinkosi Lorch opens up on winning his first trophy with the Bucs as they clinched the MTN8 over Bloem Celtic on Saturday.

The 27-year-old scored the winning goal for Pirates from the spot and help them claiming the trophy.

“I’m very, very happy. It’s my first trophy. Ja, it’s been a difficult year for me, and firstly I would like to thank my family for supporting me throughout the difficulties,” Thembinkosi Lorch said, per Kickoff.

“Winning trophies is something I’ve been wanting to do, especially for Orlando Pirates. And I’m happy to be a champions today.” he added.
