Black Stars midfielder Alfred Duncan has completed a loan deal to Serie A side Cagliari with the option to make it permanent at the end of the season.

The 27-year-old has been restricted to the bench for most of this season after making the switch to Fiorentina after a successful half season with them from Sassuolo.

He will now get more playing time with Cagliari in order to show his talent.

“Cagliari Calcio is pleased to announce that it signed from Fiorentina the player Alfred Duncan, who moves to Sardinia on loan with an option to definitive transfer,” the Serie A side wrote on their official website.

In addition, Duncan just featured four times with Fiorentina this season.
