Ghanaian striker Caleb Ekuban who recently handed in a transfer request to his club Trabzonspor, has reportedly agreed personal terms to join Serie A side.

The 27-year old and his agent has been struggling since May to find him a new home as they want nothing but to leave Turkey and the Super Lig.

And everything seems ok for the Black Stars forward to quit Trabzonspor as Ghanasoccer.net reports that he agreed personal terms with Serie A side Genoa.

The Ghanaian outlet added that Genoa will pay €2.2 millions to acquire the services of Caleb Ekuban who still have one year left in his current contrat with the Turkish outfit.

Furthermore, the Italy-born will pen a three-year contract which will see him tied to the club until 2024.

In addition, Ekuban scored 29 goals, provided 18 assists in 103 appearances across all competitions with Trabzonspor since joining them from Premier League side Leeds United.
