AFCON Super Eagles Camp In Cameroon Increased By One Ahead Of 2022 AFCON

Super Eagles camp welcomed Tyronne Ebuehi as  the Nigeria interim boss Augustine Eguavoen can count on Benfica-owned fullback Ebuehi and the twenty five other players in camp in Saturday’s workout in Garoua.

A late addition to the roster as a result of the injury suffered by Omonia Nicosia defender Abdullahi Shehu, Ebuehi was delayed from joining the team due to club commitments.

However, the Serie A clash between Salernitana and Venezia scheduled to take place on Thursday evening was postponed because of a Covid-19 outbreak at the Granata.

Jamilu Collins is now rated as doubtful to be included in the matchday 23 in Nigeria’s opening match of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations against Egypt with Super Eagles media officer Babafemi Raji revealing that the SC Paderborn left-back is expected to join the team by Sunday or latest Monday night.
