Ghanaian midfield workhorse Thomas Partey has earned a nomination for Arsenal Player of the month February 2022.

The Premier League club has announced today that Partey earned the nomination following his outstanding performances during the month in question.

“Thomas Partey has also been in superb form for us, dominating the midfield against Wolves and impressing against Brentford as well,” Arsenal website reports.

He will compete with Brazilian defender Gabriel, Norwegian midfielder Martin Odegaard and English winger Bukayo Saka who have also been shortlisted for the award.

During that time, Arsenal have won three consecutive games and are knocking on top four spot as they are two points behind fourth placed Manchester United.

However, the fifth-positioned Arsenal have three games in hand.
