Ivorians Eric Bailly and Amad Diallo have survived Manchester United clearout that has shown six players the exit door.

United have confirmed on Friday that striker Edinson Cavani will leave the club alongside Paul Pogba, Nemanja Matic and others.

“In terms of the first team, it has already been confirmed that Edinson Cavani, Lee Grant, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba are leaving United.

“In the Academy, five players will depart on 30 June, when their contracts are set to expire. As ever, those players will continue their lifelong associations with the Academy,” the statement reads.
