Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has reacted to the rumors sending Bernardo Silva to FC Barcelona and he has been very clear about the future of the Portuguese midfielder.
Silva emerged as a summer target for Barcelona with Xavi Hernandez luring him to replace Frenkie de Jong should the Dutchman join Man United.
However, the deal is being complicated as Cityzens are asking big money which Barcelona can not pay without selling players.
Now Barça and Man City are set to play a charity game at Camp Nou and their president Joan Laporta asked Guardiola whether Bernardo Silva will be part of the trip to Catalunya.

“We will bring all our top players to Barcelona,” Guardiola said, as per 90min.
And Laporta asked : “Even Bernardo?” A question Guardiola answered by confirming the club’s intention to keep the former AS Monaco star.
“I think Bernardo Silva will stay with us, that’s my feeling as of today,” he said.
“We don’t know what will happen in the transfer window and we have always said that we want players that want to be in our club.
“But we really appreciate Bernardo and count on him for next season.”
