Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has confirmed the development via its facebook page.
“Well done sir!” Eto’o is said to have told Zambia coach Bruce Mwape.
The association has published pictures of Eto’o shaking hands with Mwape and his assistants Charity Nthala and Florence Mwila.
