Transfer window Cristiano Ronaldo ‘receives mega-money offer’ in transfer deadline day

Cristiano Ronaldo

Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly received a big-money offer from a certain Saudi Professional League side in this transfer deadline day.

Everything may still be open for Ronaldo’s future despite Erik ten Hag’s claim in press conference on Thursday as the Dutch manager said he ‘will stay for sure’.

The 37-year old has been struggling to find himself a club playing the UEFA Champions league since the start of this summer transfer window.

However, he has been rejected by several European giants including his former club Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, Chelsea to name but a few.

While a possible move to Chelsea has been rumored this last days, The Athletic is reporting that Manchester United officials received a mega offer from Saudi Arabia giants Al Hilal.

Moreover, the aforementioned club tabled a ‘mega-money’ offer for Cristiano Ronaldo in order to convince him to join them.

However, both Man United and the player who wants to remain in Europe’s Top five league turned down the proposal.

CR7 is likely to stay at Old Trafford for one more season at least unless a club makes a last-gap offer to convince Red Devils officials.
