Vipers, who are chasing a double having retained the Ugandan Premier League title, will now face Fufa Big League side Police FC in the final at the Akii-Bua Memorial Stadium in Lira on Saturday.
Bright Stars under Asaph Mwebaze almost took the lead with 10 minutes left to the half-time break when but Senkatuka was denied by an excellent Fabien Mutombora save.
However, in the 40th minute, Mutombora was not able to deny Senkatuka, as he capitalised on defender Rogers Torach’s defensive mistake, to score Bright Stars’ winner.
The winner of the domestic Cup takes home Sh50m from the title sponsors and earns the right to play in the Caf Confederation Cup.
