Europe N’Golo Kante becomes owner of Belgian club

N’Golo Kante is now a club owner after the former Chelsea midfielder bought Belgium Division Three side Royal Excelsior Virton FC.

The 32-year old recently completed a blockbuster move to Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad where he will team up with Karim Benzema.

Kante who won everything in football is already thinking of his retirement days and this is a massive news for his plans.

“Royal Excelsior Virton Football Club officially passes from the hands of Flavio Becca to those of N’Golo Kanté. The deal will be affective on July 1”, the club wrote on their website.

“N’Golo Kanté invites all the living forces of the territory to join a project that aims to be unifying and worthy of Excelsior supporters. All together, always higher.”

According to reports, will earn around €100m salary per year with Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia.
